Facing unsteady footing, dizziness, a feeling of "wobbly" ankles, fear of falling, or recovering from a loss of stability can feel overwhelming. Many are told that losing their balance, avoiding physical hobbies, using walking canes, or accepting poor coordination as an "inevitable part of getting older" are their only options. They are not your only options. We can show you how.
Somatosensory & Intrinsic Foot Arch Stabilization
You do not need to rely solely on visual cues or heavy support rails to stay steady. We design hyper-precise, low-impact movement protocols that awaken the thousands of nerve endings in the soles of your feet and strengthen deep foot-and-ankle stabilizers.
Vestibular & Visual System Integration
Managing balance issues requires re-aligning your brain's three balance centers: visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive, so they communicate seamlessly during sudden turns, head movements, or dark environments.
Autonomic Regulation & Reactive Fall-Deterrence
When balance feels uncertain, the central nervous system enters a state of high anxiety, causing stiff, guarded, and robotic movement that actually increases fall risk. By regulating your autonomic state, we restore smooth, fluid, and reactive movement pathways.
The Precision Comprehensive Balance & Fall Prevention Protocol is engineered to help you eliminate movement fear, build bulletproof ankle and hip reactions, resolve chronic instability, and reclaim your longevity, completely drug-free and with total safety.
Our elite team doesn't believe in guesswork. We apply three targeted, evidence-based pillars to systematically recalibrate your sensory systems, strengthen dynamic stabilizers, and lock in sure-footed confidence:
Somatosensory & Intrinsic Foot Arch Stabilization
Vestibular & Visual System Integration
Autonomic Regulation & Reactive Fall-Deterrence
Proprioceptive Sole & Ankle Activation: Non-impact sensory drills designed to re-establish rapid neural communication between the intrinsic foot muscles and the brain.
Ankle Mortise & Talar Centering: Angle-specific isometric exercises that stabilize the talocrural joint, providing a solid, immovable base for single-leg standing.
Toe-Grip & Plantar Arch Strengthening: Building active muscular arch support to absorb ground reaction forces and prevent over-pronation or ankle collapse.
Kinetic Chain Integration & Multi-Planar Movement Realignment
Oculomotor & Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex (VOR) Drills: Targeted eye-and-head coordination movements engineered to stabilize your visual field while walking or turning quickly.
Multi-Surface & Dual-Task Conditioning: Progressive training on varying textures and surfaces paired with cognitive tasks to ensure balance remains automatic during real-world distractions.
Center-of-Gravity Shift Mechanics: Retraining weight-shifting strategies across the hips and pelvis, allowing you to reach, bend, and turn without losing equilibrium.
Autonomic Regulation & Reactive Fall-Deterrence
Reactive Neuromuscular Fall-Deterrence: Controlled, safe stepping protocols that train your fast-twitch muscle fibers to take immediate, automatic recovery steps during stumbles.
Parasympathetic Guarding Removal: Strategic diaphragmatic breathing routines paired with balance drills to eliminate panic-induced muscle freezing and hyper-stiffness.
Nocturnal Equilibrium & Environment Transition: Pre-sleep recovery protocols and environmental adjustments designed to preserve balance confidence during nighttime waking or low-light situations.
Yes, absolutely. Balance is a trainable motor skill governed by neuroplasticity. Just as muscles strengthen with resistance, the neural pathways connecting your inner ear, eyes, feet, and brain adapt directly to clinical balance exercises.
Adults of any age can achieve drastic, measurable improvements in stability and fall-prevention confidence.
When you stand on uneven ground or walk in the dark, your brain cannot rely fully on your visual system for equilibrium. It is forced to rely on your vestibular (inner ear) and somatosensory (foot/ankle) systems. If those sensory pathways are weak or unconditioned, you experience immediate unsteadiness.
Our protocols specifically train these non-visual balance pathways so you remain confident in all conditions.
Simply standing on one leg without biofeedback or systematic progression often leads to compensation (such as gripping with hip flexors or holding your breath) rather than true sensory integration.
Precision Rehab provides multi-system assessment, real-time vital and biomechanical monitoring, and targeted VOR/somatosensory progressions to ensure long-term neuro-motor adaptations.
Many clients report an immediate reduction in "ankle wobbling" and an improved feeling of groundedness within their first 14 days of incorporating our somatosensory and intrinsic foot stabilization routines.
Lasting structural improvements in single-leg balance, stepping reaction speed, and fall deterrence typically manifest clearly within 4 to 8 weeks.
Unsteadiness and fear of falling are sensory and mechanical challenges with a clinical solution—not a permanent sentence. Contact Precision Rehab today to schedule your comprehensive balance, sensory, and movement assessment with Lance Angel and our elite team.

There were a few things I was looking for in my rehabilitation program:
It needed to be efficient (I’m busy).
It couldn't be with someone I couldn't absolutely trust (my health is my foundation).
It had to be tailored to my needs (I won't pay for cookie cutter).
Precision Rehab and Coach Lance accomplished all three! Couldn’t be happier with my recovery.

I began working with Lance at the busiest time of my life: a single mom with a full-time corporate job and a full-time family business.
Lance was able to give me simple yet incredibly effective strategies that helped me rehab my neck, shoulders, and upper back from my chronic desk-sitting.
I also dropped 3 dress sizes, developed great muscle tone, and gained a level of energy and confidence that is able to power me through my busy days and nights.
I wholeheartedly, 100% recommend investing in your health and wellness and hiring Lance to be your coach and guide.
His impressive knowledge of the science behind the training, encouraging accountability to not give up and stay the course, and infectious personality and teaching style make him worth every single penny!
Highly recommend! You'll be thanking me later!

Lance is a kind, fun, personable trainer. When I first worked with him, I was fit but needed more flexibility. He showed me how to stretch, and I was so much more mobile after my sessions with him.
Later, I became injured and Lance helped me to rehab through fitness so I reached my goals of being more fit than I was before the injury.
I am so grateful to Precision Rehab & Lance for providing spot on training to meet my evolving needs, and good health & nutrition guidance!

Thank you so much Precision Rehab for helping me to gain my mobility after a personal injury accident.
I knew I no longer wanted to be on muscle relaxers and pain meditation, so I began to look for a rehabilitation specialist.
After much research and after our first consultation, I knew that Lance's knowledge of the body and exercise science and his solid methods was exactly what I needed.
I thank Lance for giving me the life back that I was missing! I no longer have to suffer the side effects of taking pills, and I never would have imaged sessions with you through Zoom with you would be the key!

I found Precision to be a well rounded rehab program that encompasses strength training, cardio, balance and dynamic stretching.
Lance is very informative, encouraging and open to questions! My 30 minute session consists of a 3-minute warm-up, 6-minute precision rehab circuits (x4) and ending with a 3-minute ab circuit.
The rehab work is great, increased or decreased in resistance depending on my mobility and ability that day. I'm very happy with the progress I'm making toward getting back to pre-injury self 💪

My experience with Lance? How would you like to triple the weight of your squats and deadlifts and dramatically increase your bench?
I am 48, an Army veteran and have been playing sports since I was 8. If you asked me before I hired Lance I would tell you i was in fitness my entire life but I didn't even break the seal on the information and techniques that he had and has to offer.
My community and people I know are amazed at the physique I carry around today and didn't even think it was possible with my previous frame but Lance did. 100% top of the line training from knowledge to professionalism. I want and have the best trainer in the game. Do you?

He always stays on the cutting edge of the industry and his many, many years of experience put him in a class by himself.
I have worked with him over the past 15 years, after he initially rehabbed my back from an injury and I was able to successfully avoid major back surgery because of him!
