Receiving a diagnosis of De Quervain's tenosynovitis, a painful ganglion cyst, wrist tendonitis, or carpal arthritis can feel overwhelming. Many adults are told that chronic wrist stiffness, sharp pain when gripping or lifting, immobilizing braces, repeated cortisone injections, or invasive surgical procedures are their only options. You have more options. Let us show you.
Targeted Tendon Gliding & Carpal Decompression
You do not need to immobilize your hand forever or endure sharp electrical pain to heal. We design low-impact, hyper-precise movement protocols that glide tendons smoothly through their sheaths without triggering friction or micro-trauma.
Kinetic Chain Realignment & Ergonomic Load Distribution
Managing wrist tendonitis, ganglion cysts, and joint arthritis requires correcting movement mechanics from the shoulder down, ensuring larger muscles bear physical loads rather than isolating delicate wrist structures.
Autonomic Regulation & Micro-Vascular Perfusion
Inflamed tendon sheaths and joint capsules require adequate blood flow to repair micro-tears. By regulating your autonomic nervous system, we boost localized micro-circulation and eliminate nocturnal pain and morning stiffness.
The Precision Wrist & Tendon Restoration Protocol is engineered to help you eliminate sharp wrist pain, restore full grip strength and thumb mobility, and reclaim your longevity, completely drug-free and without invasive surgery.
Our elite team doesn't believe in guesswork. We apply three targeted, evidence-based pillars to systematically decompress carpal joints, remodel inflamed tendon sheaths, and protect your hands:
Targeted Tendon Gliding & Carpal Decompression
Kinetic Chain Realignment & Ergonomic Load Distribution
Autonomic Regulation & Micro-Vascular Perfusion
Eccentric Tendon Remodeling: Controlled eccentric loading sequences engineered to align micro-scarred collagen fibers in the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis (thumb tendons), clearing De Quervain's inflammation.
Multi-Planar Tendon & Nerve Flossing: Specialized mobilization drills designed to slide wrist flexors and extensors smoothly through the carpal complex, releasing fascial adhesions and restoring fluid motion.
Carpal Capsule Decompression: Gentle isometric positioning techniques that expand joint clearance between the distal radius, scaphoid, and surrounding carpal bones, easing arthritic grinding.
Autonomic Regulation & Micro-Vascular Perfusion
Scapular & Forearm Kinetic Alignment: Strengthening the lower trapezius, serratus anterior, and forearm pronators to prevent compensatory wrist strain during typing, lifting, and sports.
Ergonomic & Childcare Mechanics Realignment: Retraining daily lifting patterns (such as scooping infants with the forearms rather than lifting under armpits with spread thumbs) to eliminate "mother's wrist" strain.
Synovial Circulation & Cyst Offloading: Controlled, non-provocative range-of-motion routines designed to flush synovial fluid through joint capsules, easing pressure on ganglion cysts and arthritic linings.
Autonomic Regulation & Post-Op Inflammation Control
Localized Vascular Perfusion Drills: Paced movement routines engineered to drive oxygenated blood flow directly into avascular wrist tendons and joint capsules.
Central Sensitization Down-Regulation: Somatic breathing and pacing protocols designed to calm hyper-reactive nerves around inflamed joints, stopping pain guarding.
Nocturnal Wrist Positioning & Recovery: Customized evening positioning strategies using neutral joint alignment to prevent prolonged wrist flexion overnight, ensuring deep tissue repair.
Fractures typically involve an immediate, traumatic event (such as falling forward onto an outstretched hand), followed by rapid swelling, visible bruising, and severe, sharp pain when bearing weight.
Tendonitis usually develops gradually over time from repetitive strain, causing a dull ache or localized tenderness along specific tendon lines that worsens with repetitive motion. An X-ray or diagnostic assessment is necessary to rule out a scaphoid or distal radius fracture definitively.
Absolutely. The vast majority of wrist arthritis, tendonitis, and De Quervain's cases respond exceptionally well to conservative management. By combining neutral joint positioning, eccentric tendon strengthening, ergonomic adjustments, and targeted physical movement, you can relieve tendon sheath pressure and preserve mobility without relying on cortisone injections or surgery.
Many ganglion cysts dissolve or shrink on their own over time as joint capsule pressure normalizes. However, if a cyst causes persistent pain, restricts wrist mobility, or presses against nearby nerves, conservative medical exercise and joint decompression can help offload the joint capsule. Aspiration or surgical options are generally reserved for persistent cases.
This is classic De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, often referred to as "mother's wrist". The motion of spreading your thumbs to lift a child under their arms places intense mechanical stress on the thumb side tendon sheaths.
Using your forearms and palms to scoop your child under their bottom instead of gripping with spread thumbs relieves this direct strain.
Your wrist pain and tendonitis are mechanical challenges with a clinical solution, not a permanent sentence. Contact Precision Rehab today to schedule your comprehensive wrist, hand, and movement assessment with Lance Angel and our elite team.

There were a few things I was looking for in my rehabilitation program:
It needed to be efficient (I’m busy).
It couldn't be with someone I couldn't absolutely trust (my health is my foundation).
It had to be tailored to my needs (I won't pay for cookie cutter).
Precision Rehab and Coach Lance accomplished all three! Couldn’t be happier with my recovery.

I began working with Lance at the busiest time of my life: a single mom with a full-time corporate job and a full-time family business.
Lance was able to give me simple yet incredibly effective strategies that helped me rehab my neck, shoulders, and upper back from my chronic desk-sitting.
I also dropped 3 dress sizes, developed great muscle tone, and gained a level of energy and confidence that is able to power me through my busy days and nights.
I wholeheartedly, 100% recommend investing in your health and wellness and hiring Lance to be your coach and guide.
His impressive knowledge of the science behind the training, encouraging accountability to not give up and stay the course, and infectious personality and teaching style make him worth every single penny!
Highly recommend! You'll be thanking me later!

Lance is a kind, fun, personable trainer. When I first worked with him, I was fit but needed more flexibility. He showed me how to stretch, and I was so much more mobile after my sessions with him.
Later, I became injured and Lance helped me to rehab through fitness so I reached my goals of being more fit than I was before the injury.
I am so grateful to Precision Rehab & Lance for providing spot on training to meet my evolving needs, and good health & nutrition guidance!

Thank you so much Precision Rehab for helping me to gain my mobility after a personal injury accident.
I knew I no longer wanted to be on muscle relaxers and pain meditation, so I began to look for a rehabilitation specialist.
After much research and after our first consultation, I knew that Lance's knowledge of the body and exercise science and his solid methods was exactly what I needed.
I thank Lance for giving me the life back that I was missing! I no longer have to suffer the side effects of taking pills, and I never would have imaged sessions with you through Zoom with you would be the key!

I found Precision to be a well rounded rehab program that encompasses strength training, cardio, balance and dynamic stretching.
Lance is very informative, encouraging and open to questions! My 30 minute session consists of a 3-minute warm-up, 6-minute precision rehab circuits (x4) and ending with a 3-minute ab circuit.
The rehab work is great, increased or decreased in resistance depending on my mobility and ability that day. I'm very happy with the progress I'm making toward getting back to pre-injury self 💪

My experience with Lance? How would you like to triple the weight of your squats and deadlifts and dramatically increase your bench?
I am 48, an Army veteran and have been playing sports since I was 8. If you asked me before I hired Lance I would tell you i was in fitness my entire life but I didn't even break the seal on the information and techniques that he had and has to offer.
My community and people I know are amazed at the physique I carry around today and didn't even think it was possible with my previous frame but Lance did. 100% top of the line training from knowledge to professionalism. I want and have the best trainer in the game. Do you?
